Cooking Classes Santa Rosa
Our cooking classes taught by Sonoma County chefs and instructors show you how to make delicious and nutritious meals and desserts. We also hold cooking demonstrations by many of Sonoma County’s world famous chefs, including John Ash, the “Father of Wine Country Cuisine.”
New Orleans transplant Maria Vieages, who recently auditioned for season six of the Next Food Network Star leads a series of classes at G&G Market’s in-house cooking school.
Maria shows you how to prepare her delicious recipes like Pan Seared Snapper with Lemongrass Curry, Mango Jasmine Rice, Chicken Piccata and Blackened Fish Tacos all with a focus on excellent ingredients and healthy cooking methods.
Are you looking for healthy eating alternatives? The Northern California Center for Well-Being hosts a series of classes with dietician Nora Bulloch aimed at delicious alternatives to high-fat cooking right here in our Ginger Grill demonstration kitchen.
