Our Harris Ranch meats pass multiple inspections, including that of the USDA inspector and our own master grader, who works on site at Harris Ranch. There, he selects only the best cuts of meat just for G&G, which are inspected again by our meat-cutters. They’re then hand-cut and tender-aged for that famous G&G flavor.
Cold weather means fresh crab to our customers, and we sell more crabs during crab season than any other retailer in the North Bay. And our customers know that we clean them for free. And when the holidays roll around, people start showing up from as far away as Lake Tahoe and the Oregon border for our incomparable standing prime rib roasts.
